"Get up! Get into it! Get involved!"

The Alliance for Responsible Transpotation (ART) is always looking for new people to help promote sustainable transportation in Baton Rouge. Whether you are a student, retired, or any other person with an interest in Baton Rouge's development of transportation equity, we invite you to any of our monthly meetings.
You will be able to discuss specific transit issues as well as finding an issue to become involved.
If you are interested but do not fully understand transportation issues (e.g. bus systems, bicycling, sidewalk issues) and how they are handled (e.g. what a grant is, who decides what gets built) we will help you gain necessary insight.

ART communicates through an active email list. Contact us to join.

For inqueries, about ART, how you can join, or when we will meet, you may contact:

Robert Canfield - RRCBRLA at aol dot com, ART President
Joe Delatte - joedelatte at cox dot net, ART Treasurer
Tom Hanlon - endymion1 at cox dot net, CTC Board member
David Lindenfeld - hylind at lsu dot edu, Smart Growth Task Force member
Bruce Wickert - blwickert at cox dot net, Bicycle/Pedestrian Task Force
